Manoj Mishra Appointed as CMD of National Fertilizers Ltd
Manoj Mishra has been appointed as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of state-run National Fertilizers Limited (NFL). The post of CMD of NFL was lying vacant since February 2014 after the retirement of then CMD Neeru Abrol. Presently, Mishra is posted as Director Finance at State Trading Corporation (STC).

Tamil Nadu CM announced Welfare Schemes Worth 1800 crore rupees
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa announced development and welfare measures worth over 1800 crore rupees, including for improving roads and drinking water facilities and extending assistance to needy families headed by women.

Union Government Approves 21 FDI Proposals worth Rs 281 crore
Union Government on 25 May approved 21 proposals of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) worth 280 crore rupees. The approved FDI proposals were based on recommendations of the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) taken in its meeting held on 30 April 2015.

ICICI Bank Launched “Voice Password” Facility For The Users
The country’s largest private lender ICICI Bank Launched “Voice Password” Facility For The Users. It is a new service for its customers in which they can make their transactions by just using their voice. The customers then have no need to use other means of authentication like a password.
