Total No. of Posts: 288
Name of the Post:
1. Medical Officer (Part Time): 03 posts
2. Staff Nurse (Only for Female): 22 posts
3. A.N.M.: 40 posts
4. Supportive Staff: 03 posts
5. USHA Worker: 220 posts

Age Limit: Candidates minimum age should be 21 years & maximum 45 years as on 01-01-2015. Refer the notification for complete details.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess MBBS & Internship for S.No.1 post, B.Sc (Nursing)/ G.N.M. for S.No.2 post, 10th class with 18 months ANM Training from Government Training Institute for S.No.3 post, 8th class for S.No.4 post, 10th class (must be resident of Gwalior Urban Region) for S.No.5 post.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Efficiency Assessment Test (For ANM & Staff Nurse).

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application with copies of 10th class & 10+2 mark lists, Medical certificates, Degree/ Diploma mark lists, certificates, passport size photograph, residence certificate, employment registration & caste certificate should reach to Civil Surgeon cum Chief Hospital Superintendent, District Gwalior on or before 20-06-2015.
