ReplyDeleteits a kind of partiality with good candidates. also when i was there for interview then for local candidates, employees who are working there, have come and put them ahead with the reference and they got selected.
please don't go next time for companies like this. its a reason of being in a huge loss because this company has not have talented brains like other reputed psus.
